Customer Success Manager

About the role: Customer Success Manager

The ideal candidate has a knack for troubleshooting technical issues and excels at critical problem solving.
As the customer’s primary point of contact, the CSM will prioritize post-implementation success, communicate timelines, and manage delivery.

 

As a member of the Customer Success team, you will work very closely with our customers and support them as advocates throughout the company. Along with supporting clients directly, the team works very closely with other partners within the company. This includes collaborating with Product, Marketing and Sales to communicate customer challenges and bring forth the best possible customer experience.

Sales Development Representative

About the role: Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, well-organized team player to join our commercial team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to drive outreach to executives across Scandinavia and Europe. This role will be vital in building pipeline and revenue for the company and will serve as an ambassador of the CYBR brand. The ideal candidate is a curious, self-starter who is dedicated to their team and achieving their personal goals.


As a sales development representative at CYBR, you will:
 

  • drive the execution of new business transactions and pipeline goals 
     

  • engage in targeted prospecting and timely follow-up of inbound marketing leads
     

  • collaborate across the commercial team to source and develop prospect groups and outreach strategies
     

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas and KPIs
     

  • Segment audiences and optimize outreach campaigns to increase effectiveness

As an Account Executive at CYBR, you will influence and guide C-level executives by understanding their cybersecurity risks and providing guidance on how to improve their security posture through our disruptive platform. You will manage the sales cycles from inception to closure, including prospecting, discovery, evaluation, proposal, close, and handover to Customer Success.
